Create an Exhibition & Jackson Pollock lecture
Spring 2012, Intro to the Modern Arts, instructor Tina Takemoto
This lecture prepared students for their final project to create a fictitious gallery exhibition and accompanying catalog. Lecture included contemporary examples of descriptive art writing and lengthy handouts. In addition, the second half of class entailed a review of Abstract Expressionism and a close look at Jackson Pollock's motivations.
